Hazelnut Chocolate Spread
  1. Roast hazelnuts - lay hazelnuts onto an oven tray and bake on 175 degrees Celsius for 10-12 mins.

  2. Let cool then place in food processor, processing for around 5-7 mins or until it's a very smooth buttery texture.

  3. Add icing sugar, cocoa powder, oil, vanilla extract and salt and process until smooth.

  4. Pour into airtight jar or container and keep in pantry (not fridge).
