Roast hazelnuts - lay hazelnuts onto an oven tray and bake on 175 degrees Celsius for 10-12 mins.
Let cool then place in food processor, processing for around 5-7 mins or until it's a very smooth buttery texture.
Add icing sugar, cocoa powder, oil, vanilla extract and salt and process until smooth.
Pour into airtight jar or container and keep in pantry (not fridge).
