Prepare grapes and place in a container with a cover. Mix the spices and liquids and bring to a boil. Cool completely, then pour over the grapes. Cover and put in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours. Drain and store in sealed container in the refrigerator.
Serve as a garnish on salads, with meats or cheeses, cocktails, or snack whole, halved, or sliced.
