In a large mixing bowl, combine the strong flour and sea salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and then add them to the flour mixture.
Warm the full-fat milk slightly and dissolve the fresh yeast in it.
Pour the yeast mixture into the flour and egg mixture.
Add the sugar and softened butter to the bowl.
Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size.
Once risen, punch down the dough and shape it as desired.
