Nasturtium Vinegar
  1. Place flowers, leaves, chives, rosemary, and peppercorns in a jar; add vinegar.

  2. Cover with lid (if metal, put a sheet of plastic wrap in between the lid and jar).

  3. Steep for 2–3 weeks.

  4. Strain through cheesecloth into a bottle.

  5. Store in a cool, dark place.
