Crock Pot Cabbage Rolls
  1. Prepare cabbage leaves by peeling them off the head or steaming if using regular cabbage.

  2. Mix ground beef, minced onion, cooked rice, Worcestershire sauce, egg, salt, and pepper together.

  3. Place a spoon of meat filling on each cabbage leaf and roll up to make cabbage rolls.

  4. Layer the cabbage rolls in the crock pot.

  5. Combine tomato soup and stewed tomatoes to make the sauce, pour over cabbage rolls.

  6. Cook on low in the crock pot for 7-9 hours.

  7. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice, or freeze leftovers.

  8. Alternatively, bake in the oven at 350º for 1 ½ hours.
