Prepare creamy cucumber dill salad by combining chopped cucumber, shredded lettuce, yoghurt, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, fresh dill, salt and pepper
Assemble sandwiches with crispy tofu, hot hunny glaze, and creamy cucumber dill salad
