French Onion Meatballs With Creamy Alfredo Orzo
  1. Cook down 1 large onion in oil

  2. Combine 1.5lb hamburger meat, 1 egg, ½ cup shredded parm, ¼ cup breadcrumbs, 1 packet onion soup mix, 1tbsp wash your sister, and 1 tbsp garlic pepper

  3. Mix everything together

  4. Form into quarter size balls

  5. Cook meatballs 3 mins each side

  6. Remove meatballs

  7. Add back in cooked onions

  8. Add 2 cups beef broth and cornstarch slurry

  9. Add meatballs back in

  10. Cook for 20 mins each side

  11. Cook 1 cup orzo

  12. Remove and drain orzo

  13. Add ½ stick butter, 1 cup heavy cream, 1 cup parm cheese, s,p garlic seasonings to the drained orzo

  14. Mix until creamy

  15. Add orzo back into the sauce

  16. Enjoy
