Preheat oven to 450 degrees with cast iron pan inside
Pull pan when ready and coat with butter
Spread sourdough discard or starter onto hot pan evenly
Sprinkle sea salt and drizzle EVOO on top
Bake for 8-10 minutes
Pull out and add pizza toppings
Bake again for another 8-10 minutes
Optional: broil for 1-2 minutes
For pizza sauce: combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, EVOO, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, sea salt, black pepper, and raw honey
