Honey Cake
  1. *Filling part I

  2. Mix milk and the tablespoon flour at low fire, till it create a very tick besciamella. Set it to cool down

  3. *Dough

  4. Wish the eggs white till solid

  5. Set sugar, eggwhite, honey and margarine at bagno maria and mix.

  6. When it is hot and slightly foamy add Soda. Keep on stirring!

  7. Remove from fire, then add flour. Mix well.

  8. Knead a little, divide in 5 parts, again knead.

  9. Flatten the parts with a rolling

  10. Set on baking tray and bake for circa 7 min at 180. Should get slightly brown snd smell of honey

  11. Set it to dry overnight

  12. *Filling part II

  13. Beat butter, icing sugar and vanilline sugar till

  14. Incorporate the flour mixture spoonwise

  15. Add stroh rum

  16. *Cake construction

  17. Divide the cream in 4 parts

  18. Spread cream on 4 of the dough sheets

  19. Pile them up

  20. On last, add chocolate couverture.

  21. Set aside min. 1 day
