Barbecue Pork Ribs
  1. In a storage container, combine all ingredients for the Rub.

  2. To a Vitamix blender, add all ingredients for the Glaze; purée.

  3. Prepare and heat smoker to 250°F.

  4. Season rack with Rub.

  5. Smoke for 3 hours.

  6. Remove ribs from smoker, coat in Glaze, wrap in foil, and smoke for 2 hours more.

  7. Remove foil and return ribs to smoker.

  8. Baste with Glaze every 15 minutes for 1 hour.

  9. Glaze once more before serving.
