In a tapas dish, add olive oil, chorizo, crushed garlic, and smoked paprika. Mix well and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes to release all the flavors.
Remove from the oven, add the prawns, season with salt and black pepper.
Return to the oven for 5 more minutes, until the prawns are perfectly cooked.
Finish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon. Serve immediately with crusty bread to soak up that incredible sauce!
