2 Ingredient Bagels
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

  2. Stir the self rising flour and Greek yogurt in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Stir in any optional ingredients as well.

  4. If the dough is too sticky, slowly add a little more flour.

  5. Knead the dough with your hands and form a large ball.

  6. Break off smaller pieces and shape into bagels.

  7. Place on the baking sheet.

  8. Bake on the center rack of the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
