Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
Stir the self rising flour and Greek yogurt in a large mixing bowl.
Stir in any optional ingredients as well.
If the dough is too sticky, slowly add a little more flour.
Knead the dough with your hands and form a large ball.
Break off smaller pieces and shape into bagels.
Place on the baking sheet.
Bake on the center rack of the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
