Spread each slice of toast with butter & Marmite to taste, then slice in half.
Arrange the toast in a well greased baking dish.
Scatter over the chopped spring onions and grated cheese.
Whisk the eggs with the milk, a pinch each of salt & pepper, plus any herbs/spices of your choice, then pour over the toast. Allow to sit for a few minutes so the toast absorbs the egg mixture.
Air fry at 180C or oven bake at 180C fan/200C for 20-25 mins or until golden and bubbling.
