  5. Add the coarsely chopped green cabbage to the pot

  6. Season with kosher salt, onion powder, and freshly ground black pepper

  7. Add the diced tomatoes, hearts of palm, and vegetable broth

  8. Simmer until the cabbage is tender and flavors are combined
