High-protein 2-ingredient Cottage Cheese Tortillas
  1. Add the cottage cheese and eggs to a blender and blend until the mixture is completely smooth and lump-free. Mix in a pinch of salt or your favorite herbs for extra flavor if desired.

  2. Place a nonstick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease the pan if necessary to prevent sticking.

  3. Pour a thin layer of the batter into the heated pan, tilting and swirling to form a round tortilla shape. Cook for 1–2 minutes, or until the surface is set.

  4. Carefully flip and cook for another 30–60 seconds.

  5. Continue with the remaining batter until you have 4 tortillas. Allow them to cool slightly before adding fillings or using them as wraps.
