Add the cottage cheese and eggs to a blender and blend until the mixture is completely smooth and lump-free. Mix in a pinch of salt or your favorite herbs for extra flavor if desired.
Place a nonstick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease the pan if necessary to prevent sticking.
Pour a thin layer of the batter into the heated pan, tilting and swirling to form a round tortilla shape. Cook for 1–2 minutes, or until the surface is set.
Carefully flip and cook for another 30–60 seconds.
Continue with the remaining batter until you have 4 tortillas. Allow them to cool slightly before adding fillings or using them as wraps.
