Celery Mezcal Sour
  1. Add the mezcal, lemon juice, gin, celery–yuzu kosho syrup, and pineapple juice to an ice-filled cocktail shaker.

  2. Shake vigorously until shaker is frosted on the outside, about 10 seconds.

  3. Strain cocktail through a fine wire-mesh strainer into a coupe glass, and garnish with a celery curl.
