In a bowl, process all ingredients until smooth and homogeneous.
Pour into the cocotte (previously greased) and bake in an air fryer at 170 degrees for 12-15 minutes (or in a preheated static oven at 180 degrees for about 22-25 minutes). They should appear golden brown on the surface.
Allow to cool and after the required time these coconut delights will be ready to
serve!
