Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into molds and chill.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream until smooth. Spoon over crust and chill.
Combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and salt. Roll into small balls and press into cheesecake layer.
Chill until firm, then remove from molds.
Melt chocolate with oil. Dip or drizzle over each ball. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
