Egg roll in a bowl
  1. In a wok, heat oil and rotate the wok to spread evenly to most of the pan.

  2. Brown ground pork on one side over medium-high heat.

  3. Turn and break up the ground pork. Add some soy sauce. Cover with a lid and brown on the new side.

  4. Chop and mix the pork. Drizzle sesame oil over top. Clear a nest space in the middle and add garlic to that spot

  5. Add coleslaw bag over top. Cover again. Let cook for 5 minutes.

  6. Mix it all together and cook in 5-minute intervals until all the veggies are starting to cook down.

  7. Make bed channels in the surface. Add an egg to each bed. Use the spatula to chaotically mix the egg (it does not need to be even; just broken up) and cook covered for 2 minutes.

  8. Uncover, add in other spices or sauces, and mix everything together. The last liquid bits of egg should cook as you mix it.

  9. Leave covered on low until your rice is ready.

  10. Either serve on top of rice or mix it all in together.
