In a blender, add 1 cup milk, 3.5 tbsp chia seeds, ½ mango, ⅔ cup Greek yogurt and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Also add sweetener if you choose.
Blend together. Blend extra if you have chia texture issues.
In a small container, dice the rest of the mango and place on the bottom, top with the blended chia seed pudding and top with melted chocolate (optional). Refrigerate.
