Firehouse Cream Gravy
  1. Start by cooking bacon in a skillet. Remove bacon but leave 3 tbs of the grease.

  2. Whisk in flour over medium heat until smooth and browned.

  3. Add in milk, whisk continuously, and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.

  4. Season with salt, pepper, and Tony Chachere’s.

  5. Cook until gravy thickens to liking.

  6. Remove from heat and enjoy!
