Apple Spice Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Add the oat flour, flax meal, baking powder and soda, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice to a large mixing bowl and stir well.

  3. Add the dates, soy milk and vanilla extract to a blender and blend until dates are pulverized.

  4. Pour mixture into the mixing bowl with the dry ingredients.

  5. Add the apple sauce, walnuts and chopped apples and stir well.

  6. Pour into a silicone bread pan or parchment lined bread tin and smooth the top.

  7. Bake for 40 minutes.

  8. Let cool before slicing. Keep in a container in the fridge for up to a week.
