Shaved Tofu Gyros
  1. Press the tofu with paper towel to remove any excess water.

  2. Using a peeler, peel the tofu to create thin strips.

  3. Heat a frypan over high heat and add some oil.

  4. Add the tofu and cook until lightly golden, tossing occasionally.

  5. Then add the garlic, oregano and paprika, toss and cook for a few minutes.

  6. Combine the tzatziki ingredients together in a bowl.

  7. Heat the pita in the microwave or pan to soften.

  8. Add the tzatziki, lettuce, tofu, tomato and onion.

  9. Fold up and enjoy.
