In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil; add garlic.
Cook 1 minute; do not brown.
Add shrimp; cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently, or until shrimp turn pink on both sides.
Sprinkle with salt; stir in parsley and lemon juice.
Reduce heat to low.
Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
Toss with shrimp mixture.
Serve immediately.
