Edible Cookie Dough Bars with Salted Chocolate Ganache
  1. Add all ingredients except chocolate to a bowl and stir until incorporated.

  2. Stir in chocolate chunks.

  3. Line an 8x8 with waxed paper. Press the mixture into an even layer.

  4. Slowly melt chocolate and cream together and spread over the top of the dough.

  5. Chill and serve. Top with salt, if desired.
