Boil and mash potatoes with olive oil and broth
Add cauliflower to the mash
Add garlic cloves to the pot
Layer half of the mash in a casserole dish
Top with sautéed spinach, onion, salt, and pepper
Add the remaining potato mixture on top
Sprinkle with matzoh meal or breadcrumbs tossed with oil
Bake until crisp and browned on top
