Pat tofu dry and tear into bite-sized pieces
Mix corn starch and salt together
Toss tofu pieces in the corn starch and salt mixture
Fry in oil until crispy
In a separate bowl, combine agave or maple syrup, lemon juice, paprika, ground coriander, cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder
Add salt to taste and water to reach desired glaze consistency
Coat the fried tofu bites with the glaze
