Halloumi mushroom beans
  1. Chop the onion, kale and chard. Cut the halloumi into cubes around 1cm square. Cut the mushrooms into coarse slices, about half a cm thick.

  2. Fry the onion, kale and chard in the fat over medium heat until soft and the onions translucent. - 10 mins?

  3. Grate the garlic over, mix in well. I use a parmesan grater because I think it's easier to wash, but you can crush instead.

  4. Add the halloumi and mushrooms, and more fat if needed

  5. Cook until mushrooms are soft, about 5 mins?

  6. Add the beans and heat through for a minute or two
