Viral Salmon Sushi Bake
  1. Soak salmon in cooking sake for 30 minutes to remove fishy smell (optional)

  2. Season salmon with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then oil it up

  3. Cook salmon in the oven at 400°F (205°C) for 12-15 minutes

  4. Make sushi rice by mixing 3 cups cooked white rice with 2 tbsp rice vinegar

  5. Mix cooked salmon with 5 oz cream cheese, 4 tbsp mayo, and 2 tbsp sriracha (add imitation crab if desired and peel skin off if using skin-on salmon)

  6. Optionally add sesame oil to enhance fragrance and flavor

  7. Layer in a baking dish: rice on the bottom, seaweed or furikake on top, then salmon mix

  8. Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 10 minutes

  9. Top with spicy mayo, yum yum sauce, soy sauce, eel sauce, or your preferred sauce

  10. Wrap with seaweed and serve
