Place all ingredients in a bowl
Bring together with a wizzer on a stick
Set in the fridge overnight
Heat fat in pan if desired - heating will make the puddings glossier but doesn't affect taste.
The oven must be at 220°C
Bake for 20-25 minutes for muffin pans or until puffed and risen.
They will keep in an airtight container so you can reheat them later and to the best ones are the soggy ones on the bottom
