Dry roast sesame seeds until they splutter; keep aside
Heat ghee, add aliv seeds, roast till moisture evaporates
Add coconut and almond flour; roast gently till aromatic
Add dry ginger powder and mix
Melt jaggery with water to a one-string syrup
Add sesame seeds, pour syrup, mix well
Switch off flame, add cardamom
Cool slightly and shape into laddus
