Sankranti Special Laddu Recipe (for 30+ Women)
  1. Dry roast sesame seeds until they splutter; keep aside

  2. Heat ghee, add aliv seeds, roast till moisture evaporates

  3. Add coconut and almond flour; roast gently till aromatic

  4. Add dry ginger powder and mix

  5. Melt jaggery with water to a one-string syrup

  6. Add sesame seeds, pour syrup, mix well

  7. Switch off flame, add cardamom

  8. Cool slightly and shape into laddus
