Knead the mixture until it forms a dough-like consistency. If the mixture is too sticky, add more oats. If it's too dry, add a small amount of water.
Divide the dough into portions and roll each portion into a thin stick or braid multiple strips for a fun design.
Place the sticks on a parchment-lined baking sheet or directly on a plate if not baking.
Freeze for 1-2 hours until firm for a refreshing chew or bake at 325°F (160°C) for 20-25 minutes for a crunchier texture.
Let the sticks cool or set fully before serving to your dog.
