Classic Italian Polpette (meatballs)
  1. Mix ground beef, eggs, parmigiano, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, parsley, and milk together with your hands until combined

  2. Shape the mixture into balls of your desired size

  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and add canned tomatoes, salt, and basil to make the sauce

  4. Place the meatballs directly into the tomato sauce

  5. Cover and cook for 5 minutes

  6. Turn the meatballs over

  7. Cover again and cook for approximately 20 minutes until done
