Crispy Italian Roasted Potatoes
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside.

  3. Slice potatoes in half width wise, then slice into quarters and place in a large bowl.

  4. Add the olive oil and toss together to coat.

  5. Add the panko / spice mixture and mix to coat all the potatoes.

  6. Pour potatoes onto a large baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are soft and crispy.

  8. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and serve.
