In small saucepan, heat milk until almost simmering, remove from heat and add tea bags, dried lavender and a pinch of salt. Let steep 5 min.
Discard tea bags and remove lavender with small strainer. Using handheld frother, mix in honey and a few drops of almond or vanilla extract and cook on low until warm.
Using frother, froth entire mixture and serve sprinkled with additional lavender if desired.
