Preheat an air fryer to 400ºF.
Dry the cooked beans well, then place in a bowl along with the olive oil, nutritional yeast, paprika, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
Transfer the seasoned beans to the air fryer and shake the basket to make sure they're in a single layer. Cook until crisp and puffed, shaking the basket halfway through, for 15-20 minutes total.
Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days
