Slow Cooker Pork Chops
  1. Before cooking, make sure the pork chops are dry. If needed, dry them with a paper towel on both sides.

  2. Next, spray the slow cooker with some oil, and add the pork chops to it.

  3. Pour in the teriyaki sauce over the pork chops and cover. That’s it!

  4. For bone-in thick pork chops, you will need to cook them for about 6-7 hours on LOW, or 3-4 hours on HIGH. For boneless pork chops, the cooking time will be about 4-5 on LOW or 2-3 on HIGH.

  5. It would be great if mid cooking, you can scoop some of the sauce onto the pork chops.

  6. In a cup mix cornstarch and water until fully combined, with nu lumps.

  7. If you would prefer the teriyaki sauce to be thicker, add the cornstarch and water mix to the slow cooker for the last 30 minutes of cooking. Gently stir, and spoon the mixture on top of the pork chops.

  8. Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions when parsley when serving.
