Boil the cabbage leaves. Separate the thick parts — you can use them for pickles or season and eat them as is.
Mix all the filling ingredients together.
Place a boiled cabbage leaf inside a bowl, add some filling into the center, close it up, and flip it over.
Arrange all portions in a pan or baking tray and pour the sauce (mixed with water) over them.
Cover the top and bake at 250°C until golden.
