Mini Korean Corn Dog Bites
  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

  2. Add flour and salt, then mix until a thick batter forms. Cover with plastic wrap. Let rest for 1 hr in room temperature.

  3. Cut hot dogs and mozzarella into bite-sized pieces. Lightly coat them in flour to help the batter stick.

  4. Dip each piece into the batter, then coat in panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.

  5. Heat oil to 350°F. Fry in batches for 2–3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Remove and drain on paper towels. While still warm, lightly sprinkle with sugar.

  7. Drizzle with ketchup, mayo, and Thai sweet chili sauce.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy the crispy, cheesy bites.
