Buttered Apple Oats
  1. Dice apple

  2. Add butter to small pot

  3. Add apple with 2-3 tbsp of water and cook slightly covered for 8 min or until soft

  4. Add cinnamon and at this point take out a little apple if you want added texture on the oatmeal

  5. Add oats, chia seeds and mix

  6. Add water, bring to a boil and cook on low-medium heat for 5 min slightly covered

  7. When ready blend everything together

  8. Put in a bowl, add apples on top or a little nut butter and enjoy
