To Make Seasoned Bread Crumbs, add the following to 2 cups plain bread crumbs:

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

½ teaspoon dried oregano

    ½ teaspoon dried basil

  1. Trim ends off zucchini and slice into ½in slices.

  2. Beat eggs with salt and pepper to taste. Combine parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and salt & pepper to taste in a separate dish.

  3. Dredge zucchini in flour, dip in eggs and finally dip in bread crumbs. Repeat with remaining slices.

  4. Air fry in a single layer at 375 for 8 mins

  5. Season with salt if desired.
