Sautée the chicken in a skillet with the butter and oil for about 5 minutes. Remove the chicken and its juices from the pan and set aside.
On medium heat, Add onion, garlic, ginger, and garam masala, ground cumin, cardamom, coriander and sauté until the oil is fragrant.
Add the tomato paste and saute for 2 minutes
Add the chicken broth to thin the paste. Add more broth until the paste is thinned enough to your liking.
Add in the heavy cream and chicken. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve over rice for your baby to enjoy.
