Mix 1 cup (125g) self raising wholemeal flour with 1 cup (230g) cottage cheese and 2 tsp flaxseed
Knead the mixture into a dough and then form into a ball
Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll each into smaller balls
Flatten each ball and poke holes throughout
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with bagel seasoning
Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes, or air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes
Top with cream cheese and smoked salmon
Serve with a side salad
