Cottage Cheese Wholemeal Bagels
  1. Mix 1 cup (125g) self raising wholemeal flour with 1 cup (230g) cottage cheese and 2 tsp flaxseed

  2. Knead the mixture into a dough and then form into a ball

  3. Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll each into smaller balls

  4. Flatten each ball and poke holes throughout

  5. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with bagel seasoning

  6. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes, or air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes

  7. Top with cream cheese and smoked salmon

  8. Serve with a side salad
