Grilled Haloumi Bites with honey and pistachios

  1. Pat Haloumi dry with paper towel. Cut each block into 8 pieces. Brush with olive oil

  2. Preheat a chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes each side or until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.

  3. Drizzle hot Haloumi with honey. Sprinkle with pistachios and mint.
