Honey Butter Cornbread
  1. In a bowl combine the sour cream and eggs. Mix well.

  2. Add in melted butter and mix.

  3. Add in milk and cornbread mix and mix until lumpy.

  4. Let batter sit for 3-5 minutes.

  5. Next grease a 9x13 pan with butter.

  6. Spread mixture in pan.

  7. Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes.

  8. After you get the cornbread out of the oven melt 1 stick of butter in a bowl.

  9. Add ¼ cup honey and mix.

  10. Pour over warm cornbread and serve!
