For the fries: Cut the tofu into fry shapes.
Toss the fries in sesame oil, salt & cracked black pepper.
Add the cornflour and toss again, then toss one more time in the nooch.
Pop in the air fryer for 20 minutes on 200°c.
For the cheese dip: Throw all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
Optionally heat up before serving.
