Angel Chicken And Rice Casserole
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese until smooth. Scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl and beat again to combine.

  3. Add the chicken soup, garlic, and Italian dressing and mix until well blended. Stir in the chicken stock, cooked chicken, cooked rice, and 1 cup of cheese until everything is evenly combined.

  4. Finally, stir in the red pepper flakes and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Spread the chicken and rice mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the top.

  6. Lightly coat a sheet of foil with cooking spray and cover the dish. Bake for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for 10 minutes until the casserole is bubbling and the cheese is fully melted.

  7. Let the casserole cool for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving warm. Enjoy!
