Chicken Cobbler
  1. Melt 1 stick of butter in a 9 by 13 inch baking dish

  2. Add shredded rotisserie chicken to the dish

  3. Add a bag of frozen vegetables (peas and carrots or your choice)

  4. Season with Kinder's roast chicken seasoning and black pepper to taste

  5. In a measuring cup, combine 2 cups of milk with 1 box of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix (including the seasoning packet)

  6. Pour the milk and biscuit mix over the chicken and vegetables without mixing

  7. In the same measuring cup, combine 2 cups of chicken stock or broth with 1 can of cream of chicken soup

  8. Pour the broth and soup mixture over everything without mixing

  9. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes until golden brown

  10. Let sit for 10-15 minutes before serving
