Soup base
Prepare the noodles and other ingredients in a microwave-safe container.
Add the Thai green curry paste, fish sauce, chicken bouillon, and coconut milk to the sauce container.
Assemble the dish by placing the noodles, tofu, mushrooms, chicken, scallions, cilantro, and soup base in the microwave-safe container. Add water, microwave 5-6 minutes
Serve with the lime wedge.
