Fry the carne molida (ground beef) and add garlic powder.
Mix and break apart the ground beef, then cover and cook for about 10 minutes.
Boil the tomato and jalapeño, then blend it together with onion, chicken bouillon, and tomato bouillon.
Add the blended salsa to the ground beef, then add the potatoes.
Mix everything together well, then cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Add cilantro before serving.
